You create your club and use every feature for 7 days. Nothing is billed during the trial, and you're free to stop.
At any time, from Admin → Club → Billing. There's no commitment: the subscription ends at the end of the period already paid.
Yes. Data is hosted in the European Union and is only visible to the club's coaches and staff. Players don't have an account: only the information needed for sports monitoring is stored. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes. An administrator can export the whole season as CSV files (sessions, attendance, players and coaches) from the Admin tab. Each coach can also download a summary of their hours.
Each user can delete their account (see account deletion). To delete all of a club's data, email support@bilybyn.com: you receive a backup before permanent deletion.
A coach logs sessions and monitors their teams. An administrator also has the Admin tab: players, coaches, schedule and club settings.
In Admin, Coaches tab, open the coach and toggle the "Administrator" switch. You must be a club administrator yourself to do this.
A non-administrator coach sees the teams assigned to them. An administrator sees the whole club, filtered by the active section view.
If no section is ticked, the administrator has access to the whole club and switches views freely. If one or more are ticked, their rights stay the same but their view is limited to those sections, handy for a section coordinator who does not want to see the others.
A group of teams that shares a vocabulary (player wording) and, often, a coordinator. Every team belongs to a section. A club has at least one; by default "Men" and "Women", which you can rename freely.
In Admin, Club tab, just above the Teams block. Add a section, name it however you like ("Men", "Women 25 Gold", "Boys"…) and set its gender wording. This only changes the French word (joueur/joueuse); in English every section simply says "player". You can reorder sections. An empty section can be deleted; a section that still contains teams cannot.
Each team has a section selector in the Teams list. A team with no section shows in a warning banner at the top of the Club tab until it is attached.
A "View: …" selector appears at the top of the screen as soon as there are at least two sections to choose from. It filters Summary, Report, History, Medical notes and the Admin lists to the teams of the chosen section. "All sections" clears the filter. The choice is remembered on the device.
No. It is a display convenience, not a security boundary: it declutters the screen, it does not lock anything.
Yes, in Admin, Club tab, Session types. The six built-in types (Team, Physical, Tactical, Specific, Friendly match, Official match) are always there; you add and remove your own ("Goalkeepers", "Pre-season"…).
No. The two "Match" types are fixed: they separate matches from training in the statistics. You can only remove the types you created.
The Schedule page, Session summary tab. Choose the month (or "Whole year"): total per coach, breakdown by session type, and a CSV export button.
Something that is not a session: staff meeting, duty shift, tournament… The coach logs it from "My sessions". It shows in the summary and the CSV under the label "Manual entry".
Under a section view, a manual entry is only counted if the coach also has sessions in that section (it is not attached to any team). In "All sections" view, every manual entry is counted.
