Deleting your account

This page explains how to delete your Bilybyn account and the associated data.

From the app (recommended)

Open the Bilybyn app.
Tap your avatar in the top right to open Profile.
Under Account, tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account and access are removed immediately and you are signed out.

Special case: you are the only administrator of your club. To avoid leaving the club without an administrator, the app first asks you to transfer the administrator role to another coach (Admin › Coaches). To delete the entire club and all its data, request it by email (below).

By email

If you cannot access the app, or to delete a whole club, email support@bilybyn.com with the subject "Account deletion", from the email address linked to your account. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Your coach account: name, email address, phone number, preferences.
Your login credentials.
Invitations you created.

Data that is retained

Training data entered in the app (sessions, attendance, RPE, wellness indicators, comments, medical notes) belongs to the club, not to the coach. It is kept so the club and other coaches can continue their monitoring. It is deleted only when the entire club is deleted, at its administrator's request.

Some data may be kept longer where required by law (for example billing data, for the legal accounting retention period).

Deleting an entire club

At the written request of the club administrator, we permanently delete: the club, all its coach accounts and credentials, all players, all sessions, attendance, loads and indicators, medical notes, schedules and teams. This action is irreversible.
